Doug is a graduate of Dalhousie Law School and joined CSM in 1989. He became a partner of the firm in 1994. Doug has recently retired from the partnership and remains on as counsel. His primary areas of practice are Administrative Law and Civil Litigation, although he is a general practitioner and maintains quite a varied practice. Doug enjoys participating in numerous sporting activities, including golf, biking, tennis and skiing, and strives to become proficient in at least one of these. Reading and listening to music of many varieties are favourite pastimes. He travels whenever possible, and has been to some interesting destinations.
