Keesha is an associate with the firm. She grew up in Charlottetown and obtained her J.D. in 2023 from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, being a graduate of the law school’s Indigenous Blacks and Mi’kmaq Initiative. She was called to the Prince Edward Island Bar in 2024 after completing her articles with the firm. Prior to attending law school, Keesha obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Prince Edward Island in 2020.

Outside of work, Keesha is actively involved in her community. In the evenings and on weekends, Keesha coaches figure skating with the Charlottetown Skating Club. She is a board member with her skating club and is also a committee member of the Black Learner’s Admissions Pathway for the Dalhousie Faculty of Medicine. In her free time, Keesha likes to host board game nights, attend trivia and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Keesha currently has a general legal practice and has experience assisting clients in the areas of family law, child protection, wills and estates law, real property and civil litigation.
